Luna probably isn't going to last much longer as pretty much most of the team got axed. Stadia was a far far better service. Amazon and Google and Microsoft all ax things that aren't insanely popular. Gamepass is going to win cloud gaming.

Zero chance. I'm a sucker for weird controllers, I'd love to get one of these to add to my PS1/PS2/PS3/PS4/PS5/XSX/steam/stadia/switch ect collection. But at $40, it's $20 too much. I'll wait for them to shutter Luna and get one cheap on Ebay.

Does anyone who owns this know if the PC sees it as a generic Xbox-like controller?
Like if I wanted to use this for GamePass or Steam.

Yes, if you use a wired connection Windows will recognize it as a regular controller.

If anyone gets this make sure to grab the version with the free month of Luna+, it's the same price and you can play around with the service. There are a couple of games they do rotate for "free" monthly if you have a Prime membership as well.

The controller is actually nice. The service just isn't that impressive. I also believe it's not an easy controller to make work outside of the service, if I'm not mistaken? Either way, the controller is still nice.
