Just messing with you, I have been looking for one for a long time. And unfortunately haven't found a good deal on one. Plus this one comes with a range hood for free that's 630cfm

You still have to pay for the induction cookware too. That's why the cooktops go on clearance all the time.

One issue with powerful fans that are vented outside for cold climates is they can create "negative" pressure which is basically in the winter time when all doors and windows are closed it can reverse flow in chimney effectively sucking CO2 inside instead letting of it leaving through chimney. More states are start to enforce it as law but for some reason they go after microwaves that are vented outside more than above the range hoods but basically both can do it as long as they're powerful enough.

most stainless steel cookware works and they are not that expensive. I bought Kitchenaid induction range from Best Buy open box for 800 last month and so far love it. But again you can get more expensive induction certified cookware for faster heating and maybe saving energy.

Since gas stoves are being phased out, these induction stoves have shot up in price. It will come down when supply catches up.

if you are currently using cooktop, then you can buy this to replace it or you want install a new cabinet island with cooktop. Else it would cost you alot of money to make use of this - buying a base cabinet, replacing the whole countertop because the cooktop must be flat with the countertop. or if you don't care about style or look and you are a good carpenter, build a table with no top and have this cooktop as a tabletop.

Over a certain level of CFM you're supposed to have an air inlet that opens based on a pressure switch in the fan exhaust.
