Be sure the gift card has been automatically added to your cart (and is still there) when you check out. It disappeared from my order. Still working on resolution. Playing with the site afterward, selecting a trade-in on an iPhone order removes the gift card.

I have not checked out yet, but my cart shows a trade in and a gift card. I was going to call later about a price match so holding off on an order for now.

Thank you. And did you actually receive the promotional gift card as well? I know you said the email confirmation mentioned it, so I assume you did, but RandPerson said their price match didn't stack with the gift card offer.

Yes. I received the gift card shortly after I received the shipping confirmation e-mail. It definitely stacked for me.

Just got off the phone with an agent because the $50 GC wasn't showing up for the iPhone 13 I wanted. Went through the entire process again and she said it was because I was activating the phone on T-Mobile which is a $30 discount and the discounts don't stack.

Thank you. My call was quite an ordeal because there was a problem with one of my gift cards used for payment. Then, when he was reviewing the order before finalizing it, he said my price match to Best Buy was removed. He said if he put it back in, I would lose the promotional gift card. I said I wanted the price match, and luckily the confirmation email still shows the gift card as part of the order.

I live in IL. But my friend can pick-up for me from tax-free DE. Not sure that's the reason. Apple can detect this address mismatch. Anyway, I ended up choose Delivery and paying the extra tax sadly.

Doesn't work when choosing a carrier unfortunately. I want the SE, and that doesn't even give the $30 discount the other phones get for activation.

The watches seem like a good deal since you can trade in an old watch or phone, tablet.

Just wanted to confirm that I did receive my gift card for the Apple Store shopping event, in addition to receiving a price match to Best Buy. As noted above, it was sent immediately after the item was shipped.

How did you price match? The Apple associate wouldn't PM for me. He said that they don't PM during Black Friday events.

I was unable to do it over chat, but the agent on the phone was happy to do it and manually apply several gift cards purchased from Target and Amazon. We started with the price match, then when he was reviewing the transaction, he said the price match was dropped when the promotional gift card was added. When I asked him to add the price match back, he said I wouldn't get both a match and the gift card, but I did.
