I used eufy just fine, I mean it's not a revolutionary product like 1st gen iPhone but their customer service is so far the BEST team I've encountered with.

Shame on you Aqara for paying obviously a bot targeting all your competitors

Saw in another thread TikTok shop has it on sale for $79.99 new users. Was able to get one this way. They have other things as well for additional 25%-30% off. Might be worth it to check.

Tiktok is cheaper @ 88.36 after tax unable to stack coupons

So, I bought this and installed it a month ago. I tried three other locks: Wyze, Kwikset and a no-name brand I can't remember the name. All of them had problems of some kind and I just went back to using a manual deadbolt. A neighbor was using this Eufy lock and as I already had a few Eufy products I liked (cameras, security, scale) I decided to give it a try.

It was very easy to install and I am generally not good at these things. I set it up with the number codes and fingerprint, but not Google. I have to say sometimes the fingerprint access fails once or twice, but after a few tries it works. The code has always worked.

I guess at some point I will see about getting it to work with Google, but I am satisfied with the methods of access I have now. One feature missing that I liked on the Kwikset that this doesn't have is the Smart Key feature.

All in all I am very happy with this lock.

I got a coupon on Tiktok as well but the payment is always failing. Tried credit cards, paypal and apple pay so far. 😡

Nice build quality.
My Locks battery failed soon/suddenly.
Uses 8x AA and has a power hungry Wifi Module.

Lol every company gets hacked at least once these days. I have 6 eufy cameras and one door lock. All are stellar. Would recommend this one for sure
