Horrible product. Even worse customer service. I wanted to give Autel a try for two reasons:
1. No geofencing
2. Give another "bigger" brand a try besides DJI
This drone spec wise is great but I wouldn't even buy it for half this price given how bad their customer service is. First non-existent then VERY slow.
Only buy this brand if you're ready to throw your money away
I will second this. I bought two drones over the course of the last 7 yrs, and neither are supported any more. I can't even get batteries. Not great for $1000 products. Last time I called their support number, which to their credit is answered by a human, the suggestion was to buy a parts drone and try to fix it.
