If you are a Horizon fan, it's great. Like most DLC, it's not groundbreaking, but the new area is really fun.
I regret buying it. I didn't even finish it. Very disappointed, and I played through first game with great dlc and second game too.
I liked it alot, bought it day 1. Beautiful game on OLED

Yes during the PS5 setup (or later) you can transfer your PS4 saved data over, and then load that in the PS5 version of Horizon.
