If I had to do it again, I'd probably just get one with a single basket. If you use both baskets, it takes longer to cook the food. I rarely use the synchronization feature (whatever they call it where both baskets get done at the same time), because I usually have too much of one item to just go into one basket, so I have to use the 2nd basket for that item, as well.
I can't complain about the functionality, but the quality I'm somewhat reserved about. I handwash the basket and wipe it down with paper towels. I could've sworn this past time, the teflon coating was rubbing off on the paper towel or maybe I imagined that and I just didn't clean it well. It happend on the edges of the basket, though. The grates/crisper plates inside that you put your food on aren't teflon-coated, though. I believe they are ceramic.
I've done air fried... catfish, french fries, aspargus, salmon, brussel sprouts, and I think tilapia. Will probably do sweet potatoes soon. All turned out fine - well, to me, anyway.
