I consistently receive an error message, requiring a return to cart, subsequent to inputting SSN and date of birth or Driver License and date of birth on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Is there a method by which to bypass this issue?
Ironically I also switched my unlimited Att wireless to spectrum mobile for unlimited $30/month for 2 lines ($30 per line + 2nd line free for 12 month via Verizon network) that I was paying $180/month to Att.
Thanks

I recommend checking reward center every once a while to see if any reward is available.
One more thing, the store associate told me that my monthly payment will show up as $70. Once I setup auto-payment, it will drop to $65. I setup auto-payment on the first day. When I got my first bill, it was still $70. I called the store, they said it would take 1-2 billing cycle to reduce to $65.
I have not locked my credit.
I remain perplexed by the issue.
I complained to ATT and even threatened to cancel. They would not do a thing. I received no promo value whatsoever.
Thought I saw another commenter with a similar experience but just felt I should add mine.

Oh, free installation. Ask about it. If you have never had fiber before, you will need them to run line from the street as well as connect line further upstream (yeah I don't know what it's called used to be where copper telephone lines were connected with dsl then dsl ran to the switch).
