Ordered in Dec for 1/10 install. The initial $100 gift card email came couple days after install so went ahead and claimed on 1/13. On 1/19 received two emails to claim remaining reward cards for $100 and $50 since we signed up for 300 MB plan. I didn't use holidaygamimg code but now see that as an additional reward I can claim. Today I received the initial gift card in mail.

My cable has been kind of quirky for the last year or so but I've heard lots of complaints about AT&T fiber from people who got it. Has anyone else switched from Cable to this and what has been your experience? For what its worth im paying 50/mo for 750 down and 35 up.

You are right. I did call them the other day to report the issue and they just re-issued the card. Pretty awesome. I am just not sure why don't they just issue the online GCs instead of physically mailing things.

I used holidaygaming as my code with an install date of 12/22 a month later im still missing my $50 gamestop gc. I called the rewards center and they confirmed after 30 days it should have processed and it hadnt so she created a manual order for the card. If you are missing anything and do not see it in the rewards center after 30 days, i would call them up.

Since speaker Harman Kardon is backordered and processing time says up to 6 months. Will we still get it if we drop down to the free tier. I think only 300+ qualifies for it. Wonder if they do exceptions. Or when they check before shipping do they just check that you still have service or speed tier and eligibility too?

Did you end up getting all your rewards after the 30 days? I just got my email for the $150, but haven't seen anything about the Logitech thing. How long did that take?

I signed up for the promo, but didn't get installation until 25 January. The installer said it doesn't matter when you install. They will keep the promo.

i receieved the $150 first after then the logitech after about a week, g force came at the same time in an email to redeem and im waiting on my $50 gamestop card which is now processing. overall it will be over 30 days for all 4

I want to know the same thing. The question is - is the speaker worth 6 times the price difference between the price you're paying now for the service vs. what you would normally pay?
