I am always tempted by these Uber one discounts, but I notice when I get Uber one I stop getting the good coupons for orders. And magically once my Uber one subscription expires they flood me with coupons.

Until u realize that we have been getting 40% off coupons once or twice a month for several years now, combined with gift cards deals and restaurants that don't mark up their prices, and it ends up being a slick deal. Plus great for the times where you actually use an Uber. I feel like it genuinely pays for itself

Uber Eats is a ripoff. Between the mark up on food and a bunch of made up charges, it's not worth it.

I have the Amex Platinum and I end up doing a pick up to redeem my monthly $15 credit. For $15, I get maybe $11/12 worth of food.

I just canceled my Uber one membership a few weeks ago so I'm not shocked that I don't have this offer in my account.

didn't get thre offer but my annual membership does not expire until the end of January. I got it for $49 and will renew for another year if its under $50

Uber Eats markups vary from store to store. Some have markups and some don't. I use Uber frequently at Chipotle for example where there is zero markup. YMMV.

the problem is I am not sure if my account is promo banned from the university deal yet.... so not sure it is wise investment to sign up for Uber One on a potentially banned account.

Was able to select to use Uber Cash. But mine is showing 90 days free trial first so I won't be charged for the $48 until after the 90 days is up. Assuming I still have my Uber Cash at that time.

Tried Uber app but did not get anything. Went into Uber Eats app, got a 90 day free promo till Feb 2024 and then 1year renewal after that at $48.
