from PERSONAL experience - no support after purchase.
I have this EXACT same model - you will be fine if you NEVER EVER EVER FULLY DISCHARGE IT.
Instructions if you do purchase it:
Unbox and fully charge.
When using, make sure to leave 10-15% (15% if you want to be super duper safe!) when using.
When charging via solar, DO NOT DISCHARGE AT THE SAME TIME. (to be explicit: don't charge USB, don't charge via AC, nothing.)
If you follow all of those rules? This should be an ok deal.
I purchased this at 300.
Good luck to anyone purchasing this item. They may send out refurbs as new. Check the handle. It should be free of any debris and should be clean, smooth open and close.

i have a pecron e600lfp.
and i have the same exact probem. you cannot charge it via solar and discharge via dc or ac at the same time. ive contacted pecron several times and showed them videos.
pecron refuses to make things right.
i will never buy a pecron product again.

but does it still work?
My device - that's how I bricked it. I initially broke ALL of the USB ports by charging via car charger and charging my cell phone and a PS5 controller.
I figured, well, if it's gonna die, might as well test it out --- I attempted solar charging and discharging via AC (was charging a power tool), that completely bricked it. No amount of recharging via solar or AC could revive it.
I ended up selling it to a local person who was curious about fixing electronics for fun. FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD (I can't fact check this myself) - he said when he disassembled to fix, he noted poor manufacturing quality which would've led to too deep of a discharge and that would've ultimately kill the battery. He mentioned something about reviving it a little bit but he was unable to fix the USB ports (it's perma dead), the AC out "Made a really loud buzzing noise" but he was able to charge the battery.
Some of the statements seemed inconsistent, but the fact that it took someone that knew their way around battery and electrical disassembly to half *** make it work? Yeah, that's all manufacturer issues...... Anyone thinking about buying no name brand LIFEPO4 devices MUST heed my advice or risk paying for a brick/use of device for less than a year, which is very expensive.
