No, you can't. When you cancel your membership, the POS system checks if you received any discount as a Total Member and subtracts it from your refund amount.

Canceled and got the target deal instead. Much better. Less than 400 before tax plus 75 target gc.

I was thinking the same but upon reading membership T&C, I don't think we can get any refund because we are utilizing "a benefit".
