BTW GameStop eliminated POSA sale with gift cards this month so no buying Xbox PlayStation etc gift cards with GameStop gift cards

Only buy gamestop gift cards if u plan to use immediately. I was saving mine & they needed to b reactivated & miraculously had no $ on them when i called to reactivate. Will never buy another gamestop gift card. Between that & the pro points that they also don't reactivate, I lost at least $200.

This is total BS. I bought $700 worth of GameStop gift cards from DG last year and they worked fine all year and I just recently used up the last of them.

This guy knows nothing; he probably forgot the numbers

You pay tax when you use the gift cards, lest you'd have to pay tax twice…

went to my local store, got 18 $25 xbox cards. cashier "the system will lock me out if i run all 18 of these." "we can try 4 at a time, it might not lock me out that way" "if it locks me out, could take 5 mins to hours to let me run more"
luckily they all went through, paid cash, was slight hassle.

they can collect salestax on game membership but not on dollar value

The multipack PlayStation cards were towards the front, separate from the vertical dining/prepaid/misc cards. It's a set of 3 $10 cards, and you have to purchase them one at a time. Whatever, $90 worth of cards for $72 is not bad.
