The deal comes with snow foam but if you don't have a pressure washer and cannon, it doesn't really buy you anything. Arguably, even if you do have a foam cannon it doesn't buy you anything but I like using it as a pre-wash. The wash mitt and towels are great.

This is a solid price. The products aren't the best on the market, but the actual soap or interior cleaner sells for around 10 bucks each by themself. At this price point, it's a no brainer. Especially if you need some car soap or a new bucket with a lid.
