Impressively good deal on the Sapphire version of the Epix Gen 2. I got the non-sapphire last week for $399. Would've been tempting to spend the extra $100 for this version if it was available at that time (sapphire glass, 2x memory, better GPS). That all being said, very happy with my current one.

I guess mostly these are used by fitness conscious purposes? and regular people wouldn't have much use?

Looks pretty thick. I bought a Fenix 6X during the last sale but am now selling it. I liked it but it was huuuuge.

Went back to my FR245, but when I upgrade ill take something thin and light. Maybe the 965 is about as big as ill get.
