I don't recommend this product for new users.
However, be aware of the following (from Quicken's site):
A membership can only be extended in the last six months of a subscription term. You can extend a subscription term by redeeming an activation code in a retail copy. However, this also can only be done in the last six months of your current subscription term. Therefore, multiple terms cannot be purchased and used at once to extend a membership.
Retail purchases: Activation codes are good for one year after purchase.
I don't see how Quicken would know when you bought your subscription from Newegg. So, if I had more than 6 months remaining on my existing subscription, I'd save my proof of purchase in case I needed Quicken support help with activation.

The only negative I saw was when I pulled the box containing the code out of the envelope mailer, it looked like it was crushed, but since there's only a code inside, no biggie. What looked suspicious was the little round plastic sticker piece on the box seemed to have been opened, but it could've just been the "stick-em" wore off and when it got crushed, it kind of peeled back. In any case, it's a one-use activation code, and mine worked, so I'm not worried... I think. lol.
It's called importqif by quicken perlwiz a developer who, like the rest of us, just wanted to import transactions from their bank to reconcile accounts.
You still have to download the quicken file from your bank, but the free program actually pulls down the data and adds it to your quicken.
Incredibly useful if you have the pre- subscription based version of quicken (2017 and later).
