If you are a current customer (including anyone who canceled in the past 30 days), then you can modify your email address to appear as a new customer and your email will still go to your account as usual.
Gmail trick: If you use gmail you don't need to create a new email - just add a full stop anywhere in your username and Hulu treats it as a new email, but it's the same email for Gmail.
Example: [email protected] = [email protected] = [email protected]
Other emails: you may be able to add a + to your email.
Example: [email protected] = [email protected]
Of course, test it out with the . or + before you sign up!

My subscription from last year is actually good until the 28th. So I'll probably try to milk a few more days out of it.
Edit: Apparently doesn't work for everyone? Seems to set the pause for the next bill date. But for some reason it worked for me.
It schedules it to be paused in December, not now.

The pause function is meant to stop them from charging your card automatically. If you signed up today you've already paid for one month. That means the pause can't do anything until the next billing date next month.
Anyone else faced same problem and able to resolve?
