Then put the $70 towards RGB as we know is RGB increases FPS 25%.

Whether that's worth the extra money is hard to say without more context. The 6800 should be able to handle pretty much anything at 1440p (no ray tracing) and provide a decent 4K experience.
The 6700XT isn't a 4K card and it can do 1440p but not as well.
If you are playing at 1080p the 6800 is probably overkill.

I was actually considering this until seeing the recent reviews.
4 out of 10 reviews are one star on the first page alone, the lowest possible rating!
That's too many to just be bad luck imo - it likely means there is something very wrong.
Bad reviews in no particular order from the first few pages:

Too irritated at the moment from dealing with this purchase to write a full review. Spent a week wading through various issues with this card. Finally got it working, waited a couple days to make sure it'd still work, redeemed the game codes to find out they're Calisto Protocol (Very nice) and Dead Island 2 (Not that bad), but Dead Island 2, once they have keys, will be for Epic.

I don't really know if this card is any good. It's HUGE. And dead. Card ran for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (I wasn't counting). I never even got to play a game. Screen suddenly glitched and computer would not boot. Narrowed it quickly down to this card. Pulled it and put my old card back in, and all is well. This card is a complete doorstop now. Returning and will buy from the company my last card came from, Radeon needs to learn how to make reliable cards.

New build would not post all new parts. Would shut off after 5 seconds.Thought it was a ram issue so i bought new ram. Still did not post. Took to a tech. They tested out with different gpu. Posted Fine.Turns out it was the GPU. Sucks that i have to go through refund process. Will probably order a better one or see if a new one doesnt arrive doa.

Update: XFX Is the worst graphics card company, wouldn't recommend them, poor quality, will fight you about sending it in for RMA, make you pay for RMA shipping and if they can't fix it, they're going to replace it with a "used card of similar performance". This card started artifacting and black screening during every game until I finally sent it in for RMA. XFX has poor quality graphics cards and terrible customer service/support. After this I'm going back to Nvidia because even though they cost a little more, at least their cards work properly.
I expected more from a card that cost $430.00 I've had nothing but issues with this card freezing/black screening and not working properly while doing normal task. All these issues are at random and can happen daily or a week may pass but it's been frustrating. I've considered going back to Nvidia graphics cards. The card is built well and looks nice but if it doesn't work properly then whats the point. I had a 6600 XT in my PC before this one, and that card performed very well, I never had any issues with the 6600 XT. Honestly don't know if I would buy XFX brand card again because of the issues I've had.
Also, I bought this card because it had a promotion that said it came with Starfield for free. Well we had to fight with customer service to get it, so I'm assuming if you don't say anything then you probably won't get what was promoted with your purchase.

"19.69 x 19.69 x 11.02 inches" are not the product's dimensions.
It is not a huge square. It is a huge rectangle.
I am not going to do anyone else's job for free and measure this for them. I am writing a one-star review for free.
