I had this one for couple months, it's well rated on rtings. I really like the adjustable stand, really smooth, up down, swivel. The color is really nice, a bit warm compared with my ipad pro. I bought it from ebay for free 2 year guarantee and 10% off rather than target with short guarantee period and only 5% with red card.

Is the 2 year guarantee directly from Acer in this case ?

Nope, it's not directly from Acer, " Your Certified Refurbished item(s) comes with a two-year warranty, serviced by SquareTrade, an Allstate company. Your warranty is automatically applied from the date of purchase."

I've also read good and bad reviews of ebay's Allstate's 2 years warranty. I know only 1 case, which is my friend writing a claim for his Sony WF-1000xm4, and got a cheque in 5 days.
But it's weird that Acer Refurbished Store itself is not offering Acer's 1st-party warranty.

Beware: I bought a "certified refurbished" monitor from Acer on Ebay and it came with a light scratch, 2 pieces of debris stuck in the panel (looks a little like a dead pixel but not quite as bad) and part of the bottom bezel is glued incorrectly.
I was not offered a replacement despite how hard I tried, only to return it for a refund. I think they sell shoddy units on limited time sales so if people return them they have to buy one for full price.

Very slow shipping with Acer refurbished on eBay. Bought a laptop 4 days ago and it still has not shipped. Moreover, the extended warranty they advertise starts the day you buy the laptop. I got an email saying my warranty started for the laptop before Acer shipped it. Sketchy business practice for sure.
