Not for this particular game. Some stores do sell digital games that you can buy a code for. You could give a Nintendo eshop gift card as gift and hopefully it'll still be on sale in the future. This sale ends 12/3.

I prefer them on Steam Deck (and were much cheaper) but having them on a Lite in a coat pocket would be fun too
