Was cheaper directly from Lenovo, a month ago: https://slickdeals.net/f/16994887-lenovo-thinkpad-p14s-14-fhd-ips-ryzen-7-7840u-32gb-lpddr5-1tb-ssd-...
Okay. I think in BF, a Time Machine deal should be the best one to get because that'll allow to go back and purchase those missed deals. Smilie

Don't you think $600 would have been nicer?

No sim card. I got the T14s SD Suryasis posted last year same specs, 2.7 lbs vs 3 in the P14s (I think). Chassis feels solid like a thinkpad should. 32GB a plus, 1TB a plus. Most will find this MORE THAN sufficient out of the box.

Personally I think these light weight sturdy laptops with APUs instead of dedicated GPUs are the way to go for causal users and even some gaming.

You won't find another laptop with better linux support if you're into that.

Not in this Pre-configured model. If you go to Lenovo Site and choose the model where you can configure, you will see 2 options, one with WWAN antennas added so that you can add a Cellular card later and another with a Fibocom L860-GL-16 4G LTE CAT16 WWAN card.
This Pre-Configured model does not have the WWAN antenna built-in. So, even if you can add a card in future, it won't work due to the lack of antenna.

I don't think that's necessarily fair to say, especially at this time of year. If Lenovo had this same model cheaper a month ago, with no major holiday sales, it's quite a logical step to think that maybe it will be the same price (or less) within the next 2 weeks due to the holiday sales.

Can anyone please think of a number smaller than $600 so we can imagine an even better deal than this on a P14s?!

Does buying through Ebay have any impact on warranty coverage, versus buying from Lenovo directly? Is Ebay considered a sufficient "authorized retailer"?
