I like the look of that small chef's knife and the even smaller version in the picture, but I'm not sure that I'd ever use that small serrated blade. And the first two are medium-sized, so while they might be useful for some, I find that I use either an 8-inch chef's knife or a 4-inch paring knife probably 90% of the time. Maybe they're a good deal for some, but again, the small serrated blade doesn't really fit.
Going through the site, I don't think there are any sets I'm in love with, but there are a few chef's knives in the 7-9 inch range that interested me, and there was a 2-piece OOS Miyabi Evolution set that looked pretty nice.
However, I'm honestly really happy with my Victorinox 8-inch chef's knife ($40) and 4-inch paring knife ($10), especially since I just used a sharpening stone on them for the first time, and the lower-end Zwillings look like they'd only be a sidegrade, so I'll stick with the Victorinoxes until I'm ready to shell out some serious cash for a real upgrade. And I'd probably recommend them to anybody who wanted to start with some entry-level "real" knives.
Their website is just pure garbage. Slow, unresponsive, and never in my life have I seen checkboxes that behave like radio buttons. Even high school students know not to do that. They're also showing every item as being in stock, until you actually decide to buy it, which just annoys people.

Four Star 7" Santoku, granton hollow edge, forged, fully made in Germany is my fav and most used Zwilling. $80 visual imperfection if they have any. Can slice ultra thin, holds edge, well balanced. Chef's knife is too thick and awkward for most work. 2nd choice, Rocking Santoku. Don't recommend Slim knife unless you've tried the standard and it's too big for you. The other lines except for Pro (full tang) and limited edition are inferior. They are either stamped or not made in Germany.
edit: Macy's has the same sale price on most of the Zwilling cutlery. Excellent customer service with free sh and free returns.

Should I buy Self-Sharpening set ($229) instead of 8-Piece Zwilling Four Star Knife Block Set ($200)? Why don't people buy the Self-Sharpening when the price is not really different?

Self Sharpening set can over sharpen your knives, plus you have to be extra careful how you put your knife into the slots. I've spoken with knives pros about this in the past, knife sharpeners give you good control on the sharpening process (best to use the pull through if you aren't comfortable with the honing steel which is mostly to straighten your blade but doesn't completely sharpen as well as a pull through sharpener) and over sharpening can actually dull your knives.

As from description: Set includes: 4-inch paring, 5-inch serrated utility, and 6-inch carving knife

Also every decent chef's knife is "sold out."
