Users will need to make sure to select the configuration with the RTX 4050 Graphics card to get same configuration details in the OP.
Or users may simply visit this updated configuration page [dell.com] with the specs as described in the original post.
Based on my initial testing, the pricing after 10% discount and ARMMPPS appears to bring the final price down to $705.59.

Also, my preference for the laptop screen size is 14 inch but I see all these deals for the larger sizes. Any recommendations for the 14 inch laptop that will be used for work, does not weigh too much and looks professional?
Hope my son loves it ... seems like a much stronger machine for gaming than the HP Victus that is going for 550 at BB.. with tax.. would work out to around 600.00
Am I missing anything?

For me I dont care about the battery, i'm going to spend the extra $20 to get an 8GB Ram stick to add to the LOQ, and I dont care enough about the screen to go through the hassle of returning and paying an extra $60 for it. If they were both $700 then yes I probably would return and buy this.
Edit: After looking at it, the Dell looks dumb also (like an Alienware) and has a big power brick if you care about those things at all.
