Only if you have very low expectations. It won't suck anything near decent, but may be slightly better than just dusting it using a brush.

Got it in from other day. Don't like that the the vent is near the suction part, makes it a little awkward, but this small vacuum does work for car. Definitely worth the $10

Have one from BJ's. Not a fan. More of a maintenance vacuum than one you would try to actually clean your car with.

It's better than the one my girlfriend has in her car, which I forget the name of as it was that irrelevant, but that isn't saying much.

I would avoid even at this price.

EDIT: Also fills up remarkably fast and that HEPA filter has a specific way it sets in the end causing frustration when you are just trying to get things done quickly.

I got this as a gift a few years ago … it works but barely. I ended up throwing it away. My Dyson v7, or shopvac, or regular vacuum are 100x more effective and less frustrating.
I wouldn't buy this for $10.
