It's showing as $179 for me. Same with the angle grinder with the two 5 aH batteries.

This is my favorite impact driver for everyday home use. This can handle from delicate to tough jobs. My three other impact drivers are just laying around for tough outside jobs which I rarely need use for.

Is it enough to break tires lug nuts?

Your problem will be with the hex adapter to attach the socket. I would recommend a 3/8" or 1/2" impact

not sufficient torque for it. This only have around 450-in-lb torque which translate to 37.5-foot-lb. Most lugs have around 80-100-ft-lb torque requirement and maybe more if somebody over torqued when installed the lugs

Superb deal ONLY if you are in the market for an impact driver for multiple house projects and medium car projects. This would not be enough to break lugnut torque, but everything in the engine bay and around, it would be very suitable. Keep in mind this is not only Fuel. Fuel "Surge" is their hydraulic impact drivers and are 50% quieter than the normal Fuel impact drivers. If you've been looking, this is a great place to start especially with two 5Ah batteries.

Thats fastening torque, not breakaway torque.

I believe for hydraulic driver (such as surge) the fastening torque is same as breakaway torque.

The surge driver has longer but less strong 'pulse' of force. Lower breakaway, but far better for driving big lag bolts and other "driver" duties. I have this tool and love it. Unless you're opting for 12v Milwaukee tools this is definitely a must-have for a base kit.
