Totally different deal is offered for me? Price is different (approx $20), no coupon is offered, however some deal is offered where I buy 2 and get 50% off one of them. Anyone know a work around?

Also I'm having trouble understanding this but I think the linked item contains 30 blade cartridges and no handle.
