Pro rewards are now extremely restrictive. You can't redeem the monthly rewards points for virtual cards. GameStop wants you to pay more for the membership & receive less incentives which makes more profit for the company. This company will be in bankruptcy protection much sooner than the masses think.

Server returned 500 error on checkout but app shows my membership is renewed. Not sure what happened there but their servers are taking a beating right now.

you can't do it online anymore, but you can still do it in store.

Oh yeah, as others have stated. It never seems to go through but if you login via another browser it shows your membership.
