Got a year subscription and cancelled right away. Still have it for the year but don't need to remember to cancel.

this is only for platinum or diamond members, which I believe means you have been a customer for at least 8 years

I was a platinum member, but moved to a new house and started flex as a new customer, but didn't get peacock free because I am not in the premium tiers of service length

Peacock Premium is great imo. Movies usually let you watch a 5 minute block of ads before viewing uninterrupted

I find the ad breaks very short compared to cable viewing also. Let's say a bravo show runs an hour on cable - that's 40 minutes of show plus 20 minutes of commercials, Peacock only shows about 4 minutes of ads

An additional discount that you can get.
Link your Amex card (that already gets $6 back) to Sam's Cash bonus offers to get 30% off (Plus members get an additional 20% off on what you earn).

If you have a Sam's club membership you can also get another 10%-30% off your peacock membership by signing up for Sam's club bonus offers and linking your credit card. This works for both a monthly and yearly purchase through peacock. https://www.samsclub.com/content/bonus-offers

Also You Should Add The HBO Max Offer $3 Per Month For 6 Months
Actually Max has mostly junk now that it is not HBO. Probably the worst of the streaming services. Really too bad.

Was waiting for this as my last year deal was trying to charge my privacy card for the past few days ….

Just went and canceled my subscription and went back into account and it had the BF deals and just resubbed right there. Much better than Hulus having to make a new email each time.

The code works with annual Premium Plus, total $79.99. The AmEx $20 statement credit sweetens the deal.
  1. Go to: https://www.peacocktv.com/plan-picker-partner-ps
  2. Toggle to Annual Plan
  3. Choose Get Premium Plus
  4. Add the YEARLONG promo code and checkout

Weird - I can't get the Premium Plus to come up - just the Premium. Can I add Premium Plus after I get the BF deal on Premium and then would be $59 total?

All these streaming services that are ad supported. What's the point? People might as well go back to cable. Only a matter of time before someone consolidates them all and then it is basically cable again.
That's silly. There's plenty of benefits vs cable.

But at any rate, I can get 1 year of Netflix, Paramount+, Showtime, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock and 6 months of HBO/Max for under $200 all in. That's not bad.

Just a note to confirm that this worked for me on the monthly plan (thanks!). I only subscribe to ad free plans and often wish for more promotions on the ad free plans. When you get to the peacocktv webpage for the Premium Plus plan, click on enter promo code. The code BIGDEAL works for the monthly promo discount and YEARLONG works for the annual promo discount. With the American Express $5.99 back each month for 3 months promotion, this should come to $2.50 per month for 3 months on the ad free Premium Plus plan.

I've done a quick scan thru their app. It just seems like they are churning old broadcast content, office, housewives, last months football games.

What do they really offer content-wise?

Because let's say I get this deal for 20 bucks a year... And the Hulu deal for 99 cents a month, plus the Disney offer for 2 bucks a month and that's all I need with an over the air antenna, plus all the free Roku channels. I've paid 56 dollars for 3 streaming services for the year, have all the network channels thru the antenna and all the hundreds of channels offered for free thru Roku. I was paying 130 a month for satellite TV.... And you know what I still had to watch thru DirecTV paying that 130 a month... Commercials.
You forgot you don't have abc, hulu, Netflix, paramount, hbo Max, starz, cinemax, showtime, AMC plus, espn live sports. Hate to tell you but you are getting about 1/8 of the programming with double the commercials with the worst 2 streaming services and calling it a deal.

$200 with all ads sounds terrible.

If youre an Xfiniy internet subscriber, get yourself a free Flex box and you get Peacock Premium for free...not only on that device, but on any device that you log into Peacock Premium. I dont even us the Flex box now, just installed the app on two TVs and free access.

Xfinity stopped this for lower tier/non premium customers earlier this year. Check out your eligibility at the link.

I'm probably signing up just for access to English Premier League games. NBC has moved many games to Peacock exclusively. All that other content is just extra to me.

So you would rather pay $100-150/month for cable with ads than pay a $1 here or $2 there per month for something you can get rid of at anytime you know like no 2 year contract. I grew up with ads they don't bother me.
