Aw shucks, I liked it but today after the third use, and on a full charge, it wouldn't perform a 3rd cycle when I went to clean it. You're supposed to get 15 blending cycles per charge. Not for mine, unfortunately, it's going back today. The cup was a tad small anyway IMO, but I would have kept it if it weren't for the not holding a charge issue.

I've seen some YT reviews on this, very poor ratings. Can't seem to handle ice cubes. Pass.

I think it handles ice surprisingly well from my experience, but you can't overload it with ice. I made a couple of icy margaritas with no problem. I just got back from returning it because mine didn't come close to 15 blending cycles. It did 2 and it flashed red indicating it needed charging when I tried to do a 3rd cycle. I also think the cup is a little small. The portability isn't necessary for me so I opted for the Ninja BN401 Nutri Pro Compact Personal Blender which is currently $50.99 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=UTF8&th=1 I was tempted by all the Nutri-Bullet models on sale at Woot, but the rtings review site said they don't handle ice well.
