a) Epic tried to introduce console exclusivity business models into PC gaming that traditionally does not have it. That is payment towards 3rd party companies to keep games off other platforms and make it exclusive to Epic Store
b) They've tried to take games that was previously announced on other platforms and force people onto their platform again by making it exclusive at the last minute
c) Their business model is to moneyhatt games after the game has largely been made, and analyze reception to determine if they are going to deny other platforms
d) They shadily hired people to spy on Steam under the guise of benefit to the community
e) Epic tried to manipulate to get support for their business disagreements with Google/Apple in a shrewd way
f) Epic is partially owned by Tencent, and had history of questionable analytics collection on your computer
The list goes on, but the main point is, be the change you want to see. Don't support shitty business practices, and hence why I refuse to support Epic apart from it being an inferior platform.
For Cyberpunk specifically, I would buy it straight from GoG, which is also the developer of this game. They deserve the support and it's DRM free!
