In case you are new to HEB gift card coupons, here is how it works:
1) Open HEB mobile app and clip the coupons from above URL for each gift card you want to buy. You can also clip the coupons from your HEB account on your computer and they will show up in your HEB mobile app.
2) Pick up the gift cards from the gift card rack. They usually have HEB gift cards at the rack as well. If not, HEB gift cards can be found near the checkout.
3) If you check out with a cashier, let him/her scan the cards. For each variable-amount card, tell him/her how much you want on the card. All HEB gift cards are variable amount. Let the cashier scan the QR code of your HEB mobile app and the coupon amount will be deducted from the total amount.
4) If you use self checkout, just scan the cards. For each variable-amount card, you will be asked to input the amount. Then select 'Pay' and 'Coupon', scan the QR code from your HEB mobile app using the hand-held scanner, you will see the coupon amount deducted from the total. If not, ask for help. Then select 'Pay' and 'Card' (or 'Cash') to make your payment at credit card terminal.
5) For Vanila Visa gift cards only: before you can select 'Pay' button, you will be asked to select the green continue button on the credit card terminal (not the big checkout screen).

how will get $20 heb gift card?

You take both cards to the register, ask $100 to be added to the main card and $20 to the HEB giftcard, after scanning your barcode at the register (you must clip specific coupon to your heb account) you should get a $20 discount on your total
Keep in mind lots of people were having issues with HEB last week's promotion, which was quite similar. If you end up having issues and discount won't come off from your total, supervisor in turn will be called and many times they have no idea how to fix the issue, so they will tell you bs reasons why it's not working
Lol you could only dream of having an HEB in your area. It's the best grocery store in the county
