    bummer, need 20" & 28"

    Could just be us, but i never have an issue getting a 24 inch suitcase to 50lbs, we always have to weigh ours. So we won't buy 28s cuz they already weigh more so we would have to actually take less stuff. Could vary on what you take and how you pack of course. We just got back from a 20 day trip in Europe and took 2 24inch bags that we had to remove stuff from to drop them to 49lbs, and had 4 20 inch suitcases for the kids and had them around 37lbs.

    True, i should start doing one 24inch and one 28inch to mix things up. We carry lots of clothes so i would imagine it might be tough to fit them in 24 but i jabe never tried even 26 might be a good option

    FYI, Omni is better build than the Omni 2. Omni 2 handles felt flimsy , didn't know until I got them to give as gifts to recent grads.

    I read some reviews that echoed this. I have the 24" Omni PC and it's held up pretty well over the years. Was looking to upgrade to the Omni 2 or Freeform, but both seems to be inferior to Omni PC in terms of durability.
