Woah reviews are horrendous. Looks nice and brand is recognizable but looks like I'm gonna wait for ppl to chime in here today but likely will cancel my order. Too bad was gonna use it short distances to go to stores while tesla charging.

Had one, from woot. Showed up DOA. Sent it back. I believe every one of these is either dead now, or about to die. Even if it was never opened. Seems to be a battery control issue.

Good brand, but the specs just aren't anything that will wow you. All are the minimum or below what you want. A 220lb weight limit, as a 200lb dude, if you have a backpack or any cargo, it's going to struggle. 15% grade is the minimum you want, think loading ramps, inclined sidewalks, not just roadway grades, and this is going to struggle. A 250w motor is minimal and critical to the experience. Look for a 350 or above motor. The battery with only a 7.5mi range. It'll likely go 4-5mi before a noticeable decline in performance. I have a 350w, 19mph, 25mi range Alpha, Christmas will be year 3, and with enough headroom in specs, I can handle the nearing end-of-life performance issues. With this Ninebot, you're limited in a lot of ways.
