There's no technical difference.
11 uses a smaller motor, and it's louder than 10.

Seems this model doesn't have a built in cellular modem to upload your information to the Resmed cloud / app. Also, it doesn't have a heated humidifier. If you don't care about those two things, this is an awesome price for a proven CPAP unit. I've heard some prefer the 10 over the 11.

I've had this for a out 18 months. It was a life saver. I've lost over 50 lbs and no longer need it, but, it's really great. The heated tube is just an added bonus to keep your sinuses moist

Phenomenal deal. I have this unit but it has the auto upload data feature.

You will still need to buy the head strap and decide whether you want the full nose and mouth mask and size, or just the nose mask. They can be bought off Amazon.
I run a few drops of colloidal silver through my tank a couple times a week when I sleep to kill germs in the hose and mask.
To access the hidden menu just push the home button in at the same time as the dial knob button.

You're basically getting this for the price of the replacement power cord, water chamber, tube, quick connect and a filter.
