My complaint from my Zinus mattress (a dif model) was actually the opposite: way too much give, I ended up just sinking into it and it was horrible for my back. Got rid of it in less than a year, it was unbearable. It made me skeptical of mattresses that come compressed in a box, but your comment gave me some hope that some of them are actually firm, tho not in a great way according to your comment

We have these in our kids beds and our guest room... Everyone who sleeps in them are always impressed. We chuckle when we tell them we got it for less than$200

I bought one for the guest room as well and the bed feels great but it has fiberglass inside a cover which over time might leak it seems. Are you aware/concerned about that? Just curious

Ones made after 2023 do not contain fiberglass. I just bought one of them and it is fiberglass free, build date of Aug 2023, and really comfortable.

Great price, but a 500 lb limit on a california king is way too low if you're a couple (even a non-American one) with kids, and a thunderstorm rolls through.

This is a well made bed but as others have stated, it's like sleeping on a rock. Ok a firmness scale it's probably a 9/10. You can still sleep on it and get used to it but just know what you're getting into.

Bought this mattress in 10" king size 4 years ago. We were skeptical being our first memory foam mattress. Always bought Sealy posture pedic in the past. It is firm the way we like it. It is still holding up great no warping and very comfortable. Would buy again when the one we have starts to fail. At a fraction the price of a good box spring it is a great deal!
