Does anyone have experience with these? Will any beyond the 3' range reach their advertised speeds?

Very few devices offer 40Gb or 25Gb with RJ45 connection. Technically Cat8 can go the advertised speeds but in practice you might be ok with cat6a (10Gb)unless you need more than 55ft I believe then the speed drops to 1Gb.

55 meters or roughly 180 ft pulls, typically more than enough for residential.

indeed .. I will hold out for their cat10 ..

honestly surprised at how easily fraudulent cat7 / cat8 cables keep making it on the front page here .. and that they are even on Amazon

Code worked for the 20' but not the 25'. Turns out the link it is wrong, code works on the braided variant. Much nicer actually, way bigger discount, and should be more durable. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09X2HL...VBT49GGF3B

Is there a way of even testing this out? Does anyone have access to devices that work at cat8 speed? Seems very easy for these China brands to make up BS like this since no residential user will be the wiser until like 2030.

It's easy to certify cat 8 cables. All one needs is to buy a Fluke DSX2-8000 for the partly price of $14,080. /s

Cat 8 should have higher twists and better copper. Lower resistance should be something that if you use for PoE it will save you energy and money in powering devices. I cannot speak to the quality of this brand or product.
