It's NOT the expired UHD OLED deal we had in the day, but the same product with different configurations still alive with lower specs. I think it's still a good deal with a lower price for those who don't need super high resolution display.
It's especially attractive if you have accounts in Amex $120 off 599.99 offer and 15% cash back site which was just activated today (was 12%). So it can be 720-120-108=$492

Unless you specifically need a 16", the 14" one is only $599, so it is $120 less (Note the 10% coupon will not attach to the 14" one).

Also OP, I think you mixed up the original price with the sale price. Notice the $799 is crossed out when the $1099 should be crossed out.

Someone mentioned this configuration in the now-expired UHD OLED thread. The only commenter said it'd be a big no but did not provide any reason. I'm curious to hear more.

I don't see why but I can think of the overpriced 2in1 touchscreen if you don't need a tablet and touchscreen. Inspiron16 might be a better choice then. But if you want it and have Amex offer $120 it will never be an expensive option I think.
