may be but it may the bed frame may not hold it or you may end up altering the sides of the bed frame.

I thought buying it due to the price factor but altering would cost you almost the same extra money

I just got a queen adjustable bed base flexispot s5 pro. Does anyone know if these platform bed will work with it? Not sure if I just dont install the middle bars and be able to keep the rectangular sides and headboard

I have a similar style bed to the Zinus one, and while I do like many things about it - especially not needing a boxspring - I will say that my mattress slides side-side easily, and I kind of wish they would have a slight ridge along each side to keep it in place lol.

Not thread-crapping - this is a great deal for what it is, I just wanted to mention that if you buy one you probably will have to constantly push your mattress back into place lol

Agreed, I saw someone mention that they put down those cabinet liners to help.
