Something like this is really a choice between this or the Ryzen 7800x3d with the 7800 xt GPU that is currently going for about $1500. The 7800x3d is a better CPU for gaming, but rather inferior for all around tasks. It also is far less power hungry than the I7-13700 consuming upwards of 100 watts less at peak usage. However, both CPUs get constrained by the GPU they're running alongside, so the top end doesn't mean all that much depending on what games you play. The real question is (1) do you need an all around processor (I tend to), and (2) is a 4060 Ti really what you need v. a 4070 or the 7800 xt which are both a decent step up in performance.
$725 for the parts you listed. Not including the SSD, HDD, RAM, case, power supply, motherboard, OS...
Okay, let's assume just $75 for each of the above, and you're at $525 for the extra parts. No extra cooling, no keyboard, no mouse...
That puts you at $1,250 + shipping.
Please, explain how this is not a good deal.

For gamers, this may not be a very good price-per-performance deal. But for productivity work such as rendering or AI training This is VERY power efficient for a 16GB Nvidia card
Quickly checked, if I build it myself it will cost at least $100 more

I too looked at the PC at Costco but may be better off with this.
