apparently it is the box, i like having the disk for reinstalling, hopefully there IS a disk in the box.
anyone know? thanks.
amazon deal on monday.
I think its rare for disk to come with any software nowadays. You can save the installer.
thanks.
thanks.
i needed to reinstall Photoshop Elements from an old copy. Easy peasy, grabbed the DVD and install: done.
now what do we do? hopefully find a piece of paper? groan.
good bye photoshop elements....the lack of info on so much everything is amazing. if they don't care..........

Still, I do hear you. I still prefer having the software disk with me.
Again, best of luck.

that is why i run from Adobe and Microsoft, try calling them for their added complications. Microsoft will no longer answer the phone; best to not use them as a vendor for anything as life is hard enuf without the added hoops. of course they blame the customer.
there is plenty of photo software out there, so i just keep my eyes open for better brands and just keep using the old photoshop elements software until a better brand pops.
i note the same with PC's as some will solder in components with no upgrade path, the Fruit company does this. in the past i had the Fruit computer but their proprietary and ripoff policies turn me off, adios. my HP laptop was very difficult to add ram to it, i had to pull the mother board out to add ram with many steps to do that. not with Dell, just pop the back off. so now no more HP computers. nuff said but this works with everything and the Brass can't figure out how to care for customers.
