Note that if my prior experience with Photoshop Elements is any indication, you have to log in to your account on Adobe's website to deregister Photoshop Elements on an old computer before activating it on a new computer, and Adobe has a habit of breaking activation after a year or three and not recognizing your product any more.

I have the 2021 version, so take this with a grain of salt, but Adobe definitely nerfs this version compared to the full version. After banging my head against the keyboard for months while hitting dead ends with Photoshop elements, I eventually found photopea which is free and offers a good deal of advanced functionality out of the box. Havent found anything quite as robust for video editing so I still use premiere elements as my go-to for video editing.

It's a good deal. I don't really have a need for Premiere Elements anymore, but did want to upgrade my Photoshop Elements. Newegg also has a $15 off code on the Photoshop Elements 2024 only download for a net cost of $45.
