Just got mine.

1. Can confirm it has a touchscreen.
2. Laptop was in a nice zippered soft carry sleeve
3. Laptop looks & feels brand new. No signs of use at all. I went over every part of it, and the only thing I could find was a tiny hairline scratch next one of the feet.
4. Very fast, especially compared to my old 6-gen i5 Thinkpad.
5. Has some bloatware, need to uninstall.

Overall, great value for the money. Very satisfied.

This has alot of great features: USB C charging, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, a very solid processor, and a touchscreen. Great deal for the price!

Just got mine. Can confirm it has a touchscreen. Also came with a nice sleeve, as others have mentioned.
Other than a couple of very minor scuffs on the screen and case, it looks like new.
Only significant problem is that the barrel connector on the charger I was sent is broken, so the charger doesn't work. It charges fine through the USB-C port, though.

Yeah I didn't see any lights at all, but the power adapter was getting warm, but even after a couple hours "charging", still nothing.
Mine came with a dead battery, and the barrel port connector on the charger is broken. It was broken to the point that it clearly doesn't plug into the laptop correctly - no charging lights come on when I try to plug it in. So, it wouldn't turn on at all with the battery being dead.

So I plugged it in via USB-C. Charging light then came on and it powered up fine. Seems to be working fine now.

Since you say you got no lights on, maybe you have a similar issue? On mine, I'm guessing the brick side of the cable works fine - just the barrel connector is bent out of shape. Maybe the brick gets warm even if it isn't charging?

Quality of the screen is ok. Fortunately, it is a matte screen, not glossy. Nothing great, but does the job.

Colors look normal. Very usable for everyday viewing/streaming etc. Seemed a bit dull out of the box but bumping up the screen brightness fixed it.

Overall, can't complain. Pretty satisfied with the unit.

I am able to get charging, three displays (laptop display, docking station display, and third display connected to the DisplayPort port of the docking station monitor), and extra USB ports using just the USB-C port on the laptop.

From using the laptop for a few minutes (I just got it today), the build quality seems fine. But the keyboard action does have a cheap feel to me. So far, that's maybe the thing I like least about this laptop. Just my personal opinion though. I'm happy with everything else on the laptop so far.

Also, forgot to mention, the display is HDR capable. I've watched a couple of 4K HDR videos from YouTube and they looked really good on it.

Just got mine. The computer is very sluggish. I have removed bloatware and it is still very slow. I installed FL studios and it had trouble loading the demo.

In for One, was looking at the one from Best Buy because I could have picked up today for around $35 more but over all this will do what I need it to do. And that's transfer files to and from hard drive and run Roblox for the kiddo. My MacBook Pro does everything else for me.

Anyone successfully charging via usb-c? I have a usb-c 60w PD adapter with a usb-c to usb-c cable and am plugging into the Acer usb-c power port, and it's not charging.

USB-C charging appears to be working OK on mine. I'm using a 65W adapter that came with another laptop, and the USB-C-to-USB-C cable that came with that laptop. It is also charging OK through USB-C using my HP docking station monitor.

I purchased a Dell refurbished laptop recently. I have to say it's a tragedy. Dell even changed another one for its poor condition. But I have to return them twice finally.
So this Acer is marked as refurbished one. How about the quality？Any comments？
