It's working absolutely fine.
Why? The OLED screen is the main appeal IMO.

hey everyone, so a few days ago a loyalty saving of $77 was being applied to the following deal and well I placed an order with the same config (32GB RAM and 1TB SS) and called Lenovo after stacking the codes and they honored the $77 additional discount. I right now have two quotes with the discount. $1204.37 for the 32GB and 1 TB SSD and $1055.32 for the 16GB and 512 GB combo, this does not include the 15% cash back from you know who. which brings my total after CB and taxes to $1085.13. YMMV, it took about 2 mins to get someone on the line when I called now that is a slick deal

Came here to post this. Was looking to replace my '22 Lenovo 5 PRO 16" for something more portable for work, and this comes in like 2lbs lighter and more compact. Direct competitor to the Asus G14, and benchmarks scores very close or sometimes better than a comparable G14 with the better 7940HS processor since it seems the Lenovo has better cooling. And the Lenovo has better battery life, more ports, and an OLED screen compared to the G14, which only has an IPS unless you shell out nearly $3k for the 4090 version with the mini-LED (at least in the US, I think EU and Asia have 4080 with the mini-LED options). Also the Lenovo has a nice aluminum top and bottom panel.

Configuration can be either with a 7840hs or 7940hs, but unfortunately the RAM is soldered and only available with 32gb on the 7840 model - for some reason the higher CPU can only have 16GB? And you're stuck with the 4060, but again with the cooling its performance is not very far off from other brands' 14" 4070 models.

Pulled the trigger on the 7840 + 1TB ssd + 32GB ram, and went with 3 year Ultimate support + accidental protection + keep your drive, all told $1,517 after taxes and free expedited shipping. Which also don't forget to sign up for a Lenovo account and join their rewards for free, I got the free expedited shipping and $92 Lenovobucks as well. Smoking good price for the features, especially if you don't want the extended warranty (I'm going to be using it for work where I travel a lot, so I just went with it.)

TOO LATE. I spent hours trying to get a Lenovo Legion yesterday, but couldn't find a decent deal. I went with Omen RTX 4070 Ryzen 7 7840HS for about 1k to upgrade from a 2020 Omen. I can't justify paying way more for a better keypad, and screen and knowing Lenovo will only work on BIOS and drivers updates for one year.

Oled screen is precisely why I skipped over all of the other more powerful gaming laptops for a cheaper price and got this instead.
