bro, you shouldn't be using speakers on monitors or TV's. They always sound like garbage. Make a $200 investment into basic 2.1 sound system and you'll be blow away by what you've been missing. Even Cheap $20 pc speakers sound 1000% better than the garbage they put in monitors and tv's.
A good sound system will last you 10 years as long as you take care of them.
