These guys have great customer service! I ordered this with the old code before this one came out and after reaching out they promptly refunded me the difference.
What is the difference between this vs the osaki sedona 4d? My friend has the sedona 4d. I've tried it a few time. It's rough and getting out is a little hard cause on the foot rest. I think sedona is a newer model.
Ordered. Seems like good deal for all the features you get if you're looking to spend this much for a massage chair.
Please let me know what you think of it after you receive it. Been looking at it and was hoping to get some real world experience and opinions on it. Thanks!!
I received the massage chair
I think the customization mid massage features are lacking, but otherwise seems well made. I like it but don't love it the way I was hoping based on the feature list. https://osakiusa.com/products/osa...-ekon-plus
It's 4000 direct from the manufacturer here if anyone missed this deal
Delivery took a long time. It took 3 weeks to deliver without white glove delivery. This thing is heavy so have a few people around to help move the chair base. The side panels and foot rest are manageable but still may require 2 people to move. Installation was pretty straightforward. I have to agree with the functionality comments. Remote and functions are a little lacking. I don't know if it was really a deal. I feel the same way as kinari99. It's ok but I don't love it.
This isn't a bad price, but if you can swing $1500 more I'd go with the Osaki OS-Pro Maestro from Costco that's on sale right now (it goes on sale often, so no need to feel like you need to bite the bullet yet). It's generally better chair and comes with the assurance of buying from Costco
Ordered a different chair from this site off of a slickdeal I found before Christmas and they followed through. After shipping updates stalled during Christmas week I sent an email and they gave me a realistic expectation of when I could expect the delivery and when I would be updated. I ordered white glove delivery with the chair and received the chair a couple of days ago with no issues whatsoever.
Do they make any of these with a built-in chair lift? I'm tempted to order (saving a cool $6,500), but I'm worried it will be too hard to get out for another pack of double-fudge cookies!
