Just got the ps5 Spiderman bundle for 350 via chat on 2nd attempt the rep said its excluded..asked him to make an exception and speak to a supervisor. He connected me to a supervisor who said it's excluded but they will make a courtesy exception. They asked me to place the order and then refuned 150 .

Yeah no go for me, Im like 3 chats and 2 phone calls in trying to get a bundle.I was able to get a phat when the deal went live, was just hoping for a slim bundle so I could cancel the phat. I am done, good luck to those still trying. Maybe I can trade the phat for a slim later.

Im in the same boat. On my 4th phone call. Got the phat but wanted the slim for extra 100 Gb space.

Had spidy 2 slim bundle on cart and circle offer added, told 'the offer is not working, some times it happens and needs a manual overide or price adjustment, had other family members work no issues'.

5 chat attempts and 3 call attempts failed, (I opened chat in the app and in lapotop website at same time, and also called at same time, after every rejection, tried again) 6th chat worked I guess out of pity or annoyance, the rep that took the chat said 'you mind to wait a bit to check on this', then after few minutes transferred me to another rep that gave an excuse of the promo expiry by 12am, but I pointed that it expired by 11.59pm pst, and that today is my birthday that was going to be my gift, please help, voila, congratulated me on the birth day 1 time, adjusted price in cart, I made the purchase with discover card 5% cashback on target, congratulated again before departing and done.

So I would suggest don't give up until deadline and say u are buying for your birth day or ur son's birthday, or better your grandson birthday or...... gotta be slick Stick Out Tongue

Keep trying! You'll get the right person. It sounds like there's a higher chance with calling vs chat. The rep had me place the order while I was on the phone with them. The order was placed and "charged" at full price but the $150 adjustment was made immediately after (while still on the phone with the rep) so the rep made sure the app showed the updated order price of $349.99 plus tax before the call was over.
