There was that deal, and then someone posted a new deal that was the same price as this, same ladder, at home depot. It was a week ago or so. I ordered one and it showed up at my front door as an 8ft ladder. I couldn't complain. I ordered another 6ft from home depot and it showed up as a 6ft. So for $80 I got an 8ft and a 6ft. Not bad.

I bought it and my bottom rung is dented on the back. Oh well, I didn't notice when I bought it.

Just annoyed at dents and imperfections even if it's just a tool.

It's a decent deal, but I'm 240lbs and if I have tools and stuff hanging or whatever, I'm at limit. I only buy 300lb ladders - so at $10 it's not that slick even for moi.

Its not gonna fold in half for a 240lb person with tools....plus its a 6ft ladder not a 10-20ft ladder so you aren't gonna get enough leverage to even bow it.

Bought one at HD - got home and opened, and the rivet to the brace popped out…went back and got the orange one for $20 and examined the riven and it is well fortified, the blue one just has an additional washer under the rivet - get the orange one!

Is this ladder safe? Several reviews mentioned that the leg broke or bent which lead to injury. I am hesitated to buy the ladder.

I bought a similar ladder from HD for about $35 in 2008. The interwebs tell me that $35 in 2008 is roughly $50 today. So, this $40 price is actually pretty good.
