There seems to be confusion about which model comes with Thunderbolt 4.

Models that start with "82WQ" have TB4

Models with "82WR" do NOT have TB4

Most of the confusion is from a comment made in the Lenovo site thread, that user had purchase stock from earlier this year and had a possible different inventory cycle. TB4 is listed for this "82WQ" in all of Lenovos psref documentation:

Oh, man! I'm so glad I waited for this Thunderbolt 4 version! haha

Do I need this? NO! But, did I want it? OH, YEAH! haha

I paid $1,683.99 in November 2021 for my Legion 5i Pro 16ITH6H Gen 6 (16") with RTX™ 3070 (#82JD0061US) ... it has been amazing, but I'm ready.

Yep this is a better deal than the Lenovo version as it has TB4 from B&H. I have two of this spec and they're excellent.

Performance that comes at a price …6.2lbs 😮 💨 the Asus M16 is 2lbs lighter if you care about portability, battery life will also average longer on the M16.

Main Pros here would be:
the double faster 5600 DDR5 Ram "32 vs 16GB"
Higher 4080 12GBvram
Built in RJ45 port
13900"HX" 24 cores
More RGB

I don't believe so. I tried to ask them to price match the earlier $1399 deal and they said they only price match the listed configurations. They won't price match any build-your-own laptops, so if you need that to match this posting, it's a no go.

They're the exact same: 82WQ002RUS. The Lenovo one should have TB4 as well.

Was just waiting for today to see if this would come down further at all and it did! I would have used the Lenovo cash back offer but Lenovo wouldn't be able to get this laptop to me until the 6th vs the 27th from B&H. I'm going to be traveling abroad starting on the 1st. Super excited to take this thing with me.

Will they do a price adjustment refund on it if I already purchased?

EDIT: My 2nd price adjustment refund request was honored by B&H and I received another $109.50 refund!

They had one yesterday for $1900 as well. It was the model without Thunderbolt 4. It went OOS pretty quick.

The earlier Lenovo deal was for the 82WQ0002US model which does not have TB4

As mentioned, the Lenovo was 2US, not 2RUS.
