i placed the order for the digital gift card first and typed in the code. took 5 minutes then i got the gift card and an email saying i got my promotional balance applied to my account instantly.
went to buy the physical gift card next and the $15 credit applied knocking that down to $85 along with giving another $10 promo credit

I clipped a $10 Amazon credit offer on the physical Apple gift card and it won't apply the promo code for $15 now. Be careful not to clip that $10 deal

Bought the Apple card, got $15 promotional credit.

apple promotion balance is instant. got the apple gc and then instacart one. was able to apply balance to $100 instacart gc ($70)

How long is it taking to get Apple digital $100 gift card? I know I got $15 promo instantly since I was able to purchase the Apple physical gift card with it. It's been 40 minutes and still haven't received it.
