i placed the order for the digital gift card first and typed in the code. took 5 minutes then i got the gift card and an email saying i got my promotional balance applied to my account instantly.
went to buy the physical gift card next and the $15 credit applied knocking that down to $85 along with giving another $10 promo credit

I clipped a $10 Amazon credit offer on the physical Apple gift card and it won't apply the promo code for $15 now. Be careful not to clip that $10 deal

I bought the eGift Apple gift card this morning. I only received an e-mail saying the order was confirmed but it says "Scheduled". I used the default delivery date "Now".

Is there a delay? My credit card hasn't been charged yet. Should I re-submit the order for the Apple card?

If I buy 5x physical cards then do I get $15x5=$75? Or it is $15 once per Amazon account? Can anyone confirm?

I just went and did two of the target version (100/15) plus an additional $20 circle deal. Got $250 in apple+target credit for $191.50.

I told them the gift card was showing up as invalid, and that the first rep I talked to tried to send me a new one, which never arrived and that I give up and want a refund.

Not yet. I'm guessing I'll receive it when I actually get charged, which will happen only when it's shipped. The card arrives tomorrow so hopefully it'll get shipped sometime today.
